Your office types the same job into three places. We connect the software and paperwork you already use, so they don't have to.
I didn't discover this problem building software. I discovered it doing the job.
What's consuming the most time in your business?
For contractors it is usually one of a handful of things, and the size of the problem decides what it's worth fixing.
- Day dockets
- Timesheets
- Quotes
- Plant hours
- Prestarts
- Onboarding
- Approvals
- Reporting
- Compliance
- Information moving between systems
Sound familiar?
Chasing the last dockets from site so the week can close.
Checking every hour against the paper before anyone gets paid.
The same machine hours typed in again for the hire invoice.
An invoice sitting there because the paperwork hasn't come through.
Your office isn't slow. They're typing information the business already has.
Your admin shouldn't be the connection between your systems.
An example job, J-4471. Before: someone types the operator hours and the excavator hours from the site docket into the timesheet, then job costing, then the invoice. With Crew22: the docket is entered once and the same numbers come across to all three, and the office checks the odd exception.
See what it might be costing you.
Three questions, your own numbers. Nothing is sent until you press the button.
hours a week your office spends typing something it already has.
a year. That is about 512 more quotes your team could have got out the door instead.
How we worked it out: jobs × (systems − 1) × minutes, 48 working weeks, and 90 minutes to prepare a quote. Change any of it and the sums change. We would rather show you the maths than a big number with nothing behind it.
A short form. Your figures go with it.
How we work, and what it costs.
We'll understand the problem first. Then we'll tell you exactly what it'll cost before we do the work.
You don't need to know what solution you need before talking to us. If the problem is simple, the fix may be simple. If it's complex, we'll explain why. You can stop after any step.

For our first 10 clients · on the Build
Your first workflow working in fourteen days, or you don't pay for it.
For our first ten clients, if your first workflow isn't working within 14 days of us getting access, you don't pay for it.
If you've already paid a deposit for that workflow, we refund it in full.
- The clock starts when we get access, not when you sign. What "working" means is written into the scope before anything begins.
- Real work always throws up something you couldn't see on paper. We stay through the first month and fine-tune what we built.
- Never more than 3 at once. If all three slots are full, you get the start date in writing before you pay anything.
Once the first 10 places are taken the offer comes off, and we'll say so here. The guarantee is written out in full in our terms.

Who we are →- We've done the work ourselves. Adam spent over twenty years in mining, main roads, building and construction. We know why the docket book has three colours.
- We work with what you already use. We start from what you run now: Xero or MYOB, spreadsheets, a paper docket book. Nothing gets thrown out.
- We don't automate something just because we can. We'll tell you what to leave alone, and we won't sell you staff cuts. Your people keep the customers; we take the retyping.
- You own it. What we build runs in accounts in your name, and it's yours once it's paid for.
- We're new, and we say so. No logos or testimonials yet. That is why the guarantee exists.
We also build and run our own software. CrewBase handles clock-ons to payroll, with approved hours into Xero. Pre-starts, signed on the machine before it moves. Licences and tickets, with the expiry showing on their record. Plant hours, service and history. SWMS (safe work method statements) and daily site pre-starts. It's been in daily use since July 2026, which shows we ship software people rely on in the field. If what your crew uses already works, we'll connect it instead.

Follow one job through your own office
This is a small version of what an Audit does, written out so you can run it yourself with a pen and a finished job. It takes about an hour and the answer is yours either way.

Typing the same job in twice costs you hours. A quote that goes quiet costs you the job. Here is how to make a late one visible before you automate anything.
