We will never sell you headcount
Not in a headline, not in a proposal, not as a throwaway line on a call. Your crew is not the inefficiency.
A lot of automation pitches lead with how many staff you can cut. We think that is the wrong end of the problem and we will not pitch it, at any price.
We do not build dependency
What we build is yours once it is paid for, with a permanent licence and the documentation to go with it. Have anyone you like maintain it.
An agency that makes itself impossible to leave has not built you a system, it has built itself an annuity. We would rather you could sack us and cope.
Including when it costs us
If your admin is running fine, the Review will say so in writing. If a job is not worth the money we will say that before you spend it.
Straight answers are cheaper for everyone than a comfortable one you find out about in six months.
