Aboriginal-owned, and built by someone who has done the job.
We are new, and we would rather say it than have you find out. What we are not is new to the industry we sell to, or new to shipping software that people use at six in the morning.
Adam Perry
Mechanic and machinery operator by trade. Fifteen-plus years on the tools across civil, main roads and mines.
He has filled in the docket, waited on the timesheet and watched the same job get typed into a third system. That is the entire reason this firm exists, and it is not something an agency can hire in.
Clare Ballard
Clare's parents ran a couple of family businesses, which she worked in alongside them. Most of the businesses we work for are family businesses, and she knows what it looks like when the paperwork follows someone home.
Crew22 Pty Ltd
Australian private company, ABN 51 702 111 591, ACN 702 111 591. Registered 7 September 2026. Working Australia-wide.
Aboriginal-owned, held entirely by the two directors above. Certification is in progress. We will not put a mark on this site until the certificate has actually been issued to us.
Crew22 will grow, and there will be more of us than the two above. What will not change is that whoever does the work has already watched how your business runs. Nobody turns up to your job having only read a note about you.
Aboriginal-owned, and how we work
It is who we are. It is not something we sell. We say it the same way we say where Adam learned the trade, because it is true and because it shapes how the work gets done. So the rest of this page is about the work.
The Audit is a day of watching
Not a questionnaire and not a demo. We follow one job all the way through your business before we offer a single opinion about it.
You cannot fix what you have not sat and watched. Listening first is not a technique we picked up at a conference.
We will never sell you headcount
Not in a headline, not in a proposal, not as a throwaway line on a call. Your crew is not the inefficiency.
Every other mob in this space leads with how many staff you can cut. We think that is the wrong end of the problem and we will not pitch it, at any price.
We do not build dependency
What we build is yours once it is paid for, with a permanent licence and the documentation to go with it. Have anyone you like maintain it.
An agency that makes itself impossible to leave has not built you a system, it has built itself an annuity. We would rather you could sack us and cope.
Including when it costs us
If your admin is running fine after the Audit, we will tell you so and send you the page anyway. If a job is not worth the money we will say that before you spend it.
Straight answers are cheaper for everyone than a comfortable one you find out about in six months.
One thing we will not do. No Aboriginal artwork appears on anything we make unless an Aboriginal artist has been paid to make it. Not generated, not borrowed, not "inspired by".
There is no artwork anywhere on this site, and that is deliberate. When there is, an artist will have been commissioned and paid for it, and we will say who.
And no badge until it is issued. We are working towards Supply Nation registration. Until that certificate is in our hands there is no accreditation mark on this site, in a proposal, or in a tender response. Nothing here is worded so a skim-reader would think otherwise.
·If your business reports on Indigenous participation
Then spending with an Aboriginal-owned supplier counts towards it, and we will give you whatever evidence your reporting actually needs rather than making you chase it.
That is paperwork, not a pitch. Hire us because the work is good. If the work is not good then no column on a report saves either of us, and we would rather not be on the list than be on it for that reason.
Ask us the hard questions about it. Who owns the company, who runs it, who does the work. We would rather answer them than be a name on a list.
The proof we have, and the proof we don't
Both, in the same breath. You can weigh it yourself.
A product that shipped
We built CrewBase. A job management platform for earthmoving and civil, live on production, with contractors clocking on through it. Not a folder of other people's automations.
Fifteen years in your industry
Civil, main roads, mines. We know what a prestart is, why the docket book has three colours, and what happens to a quote that sits for a fortnight.
A wall of logos
Crew22 Pty Ltd is new. No case studies, no testimonials, no client list.
So we carry the risk instead: your first workflow works within 14 days of us getting access, or you don't pay for it. The full terms.
Start where everybody starts. Find out what it is costing you.
Move three sliders, see the year's worth of hours, and send it to us if the number bothers you. No call booked, no sequence, no obligation.
